Vendor Information

Vendor Conduct

  • Generators are permitted but please be courteous to your neighbors. All generators are to be turned off by 10:00 p.m. ALL Generators and exhaust must be positioned as to not blow fumes toward other vendor areas.
  • NO Loud music may be played at your assigned space. You may play music but it must not disrupt your neighbors. We consider our shows family oriented events. As such, be advised that we may remove immediately, or exclude from future shows, vendors who are disrespectful, argumentative, use profane language, or disturb the peace. These vendors will not be allowed to renew flea market spaces or to sublease spaces from other vendors. Space fees will not be refunded. Decisions relating to non-renewal of flea market spaces are final and are solely at our Board’s discretion.
  • No food vendors are permitted in the flea market. CVAMEA provides the food for this event.
  • Vendors may camp within their assigned space or at Twin Bridge Campground which is located adjacent to the CVAEMA showgrounds. Camping is not allowed on the CVAEMA parking areas. Contact Twin Bridge Campground at www.twinbridgecampground.com or 717-369-2216.
  • A $40 fee will be assessed for any returned check.
